Sheen Munshi

Sheen Munshi is a corporate and securities attorney with over a decade of experience advising on complex regulatory, transactional, and compliance matters across the U.S. and international markets.
Her practice includes general corporate and regulatory matters, with a focus on investment management, broker-dealer and investment adviser regulation, and digital asset strategy. Sheen has advised public and private global companies, asset managers, and other regulated financial institutions on legal matters in the US, EU, UK, Canada, and Asia.
Before joining Rose Bowlus Law, Sheen served as Special Counsel at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, where she worked on rulemaking and policy initiatives related to private funds and novel asset classes. She was previously in-house counsel at startups, as well as at Crypto.com and Wealthfront, where she led regulatory, product, and transactional legal strategy. Sheen began her career supporting institutional investors at MSCI and advising global investment teams at AXA Investment Managers.
