Aaron E. Morgan is a Corporate and Securities Associate at Rose Bowlus Law. He advises emerging companies, growth-stage businesses, and investors on corporate, securities, intellectual property, and entertainment matters. His work includes entity formation, venture financings, commercial agreements, securities compliance, and general corporate counseling.
Aaron serves as Director of Capital Markets at an impact investment technology company, working with C-suite executives as well as ultra high net worth family offices and their donor advised funds and investment vehicles. He has also advised startups and artists on intellectual property, brand protection, licensing, and related commercial matters.
Aaron has experience with private offerings, early-stage equity structures, licensing agreements, corporate governance, and regulatory issues involving securities and entertainment transactions. He holds an LL.M. in Intellectual Property and Technology Law from Washington University in St. Louis, has completed executive education in finance and strategic leadership, and maintains a Series 82 registration with FINRA.
